Nick Smith

Nick has been a resident of the East Bay all his life and knows the area like the back of his hand. Whether you are looking for a starter home or your dream home, he can help you every step of the way. He has been in the real estate industry since 2010 after a career in floor covering. He had a passion to get into the industry after buying and selling his home and not understanding the process. He wanted to be the type of agent that was transparent with his clients by educating them about the process and ensuring their understanding from start to finish. When Nick isn’t with clients, you can find him spending time with his wife and 3 kids. He enjoys coaching his son's baseball team and spending time hunting and fishing. Nick also spends time in the community; he has served on many boards including Antioch Little League and supports many local causes.
